Heath oversees all aspects of project development from feasibility through design, project team selection, oversight of preconstruction and construction management, and operations start-up while maintaining the financial, scope, and schedule goals of the project team.

Prior to co-founding FIDES Development, Heath served as Vice President for JLL’s Project and Development Services group in Atlanta where his clients included those in the fields of commercial office, higher education, multi-family, and corporate build-to-suit projects. Heath has worked for large commercial Architectural firms in Atlanta including Smallwood and Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio.

With over 25 years of experience in project management, Heath has provided consulting and management services for a variety of project types in both the public and private sectors. With Heath’s architectural background and diverse experience, he is a manager his clients and investors can trust to bring their projects in on time and within budget.

​

Heath graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.  He is heavily involved and active in many civic and community organizations including ULI, NAIOP, Council for Quality Growth, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.
